Amogha Ayurveda Yoga teacher trainings
Amogha Ayurveda is honored to offer a Yoga Teacher Training program that is rooted in the principles of Āyurveda. This program is designed not only to lay a solid foundation for aspiring yoga teachers but also to pave the way for our advanced 300-hour Āyurvedic Yoga Teacher Training.
Our curriculum is methodically structured to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the synergistic relationship between Āyurveda and Yoga. Participants will discover ways to integrate these two ancient sciences to transform their personal practice and teaching methodologies. By diving into the depths of Āyurveda and Yoga, trainees will gain insights into the elemental theory of evolution, which is crucial for comprehending the interplay between the five primary elements - ether (space), air, fire, water, and earth.
Understanding these elements is vital as they are the foundation of the Āyurvedic doshic theory, which further explains the formation of the three doshas: Vāta made of space and air, Pitta made of fire and water, and Kapha made of water and earth.
Mastery of this theory enables the trainees to assess human constitution (Prakrti) and imbalances (Vikrti) effectively. This knowledge is instrumental in crafting therapeutic yoga applications tailored to individual needs, ensuring a holistic approach to yoga. Yoga teacher training has a strong foundation in Āyurveda, and serves as a starting point for our advanced 300 hr. Āyurvedic yoga teacher training. Learn the necessary skills for the synergistic application of Āyurveda and Yoga, and uncover a journey that will transform your teaching and practice.
