Giuditta is a skilled yoga teacher with a diverse background in various styles of yoga, including Āyurvedic Yoga and Integrative Yoga Therapy. With many years of experience teaching classes, workshops, and trainings, her passion lies in sharing her knowledge and wisdom so others may find their practice.
Giuditta's teaching style is known for its precision, patience, storytelling, and approachability. She strives to make her sessions accessible to students of all levels, backgrounds, and abilities and is committed to creating a safe and supportive learning environment. As an Āyurvedic yoga specialist, Giuditta possesses deep knowledge of the holistic benefits of yoga, recognizing its power to restore health and equilibrium in the body, mind, and spirit. Her approach extends beyond yoga's physical aspects, employing it therapeutically to correct various health imbalances.
In her private sessions, Giuditta applies yoga as a form of medicine, tailoring her teachings to meet the unique wellness needs of each client.
In addition to her expertise in Āyurvedic Yoga and Integrative Yoga Therapy, Giuditta has also trained in other styles of Yoga, including Hatha Yoga, Vinyāsa Yoga, Yoga Nidrā, and Restorative Yoga. This diverse training allows her to draw upon a wide range of techniques and approaches in her teaching, and to adapt her classes to the specific needs of her students.
Giuditta is also a skilled meditation teacher, with training in mindfulness-based meditation and prānayāma (breathing techniques). She believes that regular meditation practice can help students cultivate greater awareness, reduce stress and anxiety, and develop a deeper connection to their inner selves.

yogaś-citta-vṛtti-nirodhaḥ
The practice of yoga has the power to pacify the constant movements of the mind. When the fluctuations of the mind are tranquil you reach an ultimate state called kaivalya, or "aloneness." In this state, you can perceive the divine within.
Āyurvedic Yoga Consultations Includes Assessment and Guidance on the Following:
Complete Āyurvedic intake including dosha (constitution), guna (energetic quality), tongue, pulse, prāna vāyus (internal principle of movement of energies in the body), chakras (energy centers associated to the endocrine system), lifestyle and goals for better wellbeing.
Yoga poses according to your original constitution (Prakrti) and current state of doshic balance (Vikrti).
Pranayama, how to breathe to improve your energy (prāna/life force).
Meditations for your type of mental state (manas prakrti-vikrti).
Herb and supplement recommendations.
Maha Marma Śavāsana, while resting in corpse pose after the yoga practice, a series of points on the client’s body will be stimulated by the practitioner using gentle pressure with fingers or a wooden wand. (only in person)
Recommendations for continued healing including referrals for bodywork, energy work, etc. if needed.
